Lore (2017-2018)

Each episode of Lore analyzes the real origins of some traditional stories or urban myths.

'Lore' is an interesting anthology series, which chooses a different folklore story or urban myth for each episode and punctuates through dramatization real historical facts that were the basis of the origin of that story (for example the wolf in Little Red Riding Hood is only a man who hides sinister habits and tastes). Well made, well documented, and it's interesting how it attracted quite famous names to bring history back to life.

The Faculty (1998)

When the faculty of their high school start to show strange behavior, an unlikely team of students investigates the mystery.

'The Faculty' is an ironic teen horror comedy, of the Robert Rodriguez brand, which pays tribute to a classic - The Thing - at the same time becoming a cult film in its own right. Full of familiar faces, only Quentin Tarantino is missing, the film would simply be a guilty pleasure, if it weren't so well made, from the intelligent and very quotable dialogue, the suspensful action skillfully directed by a master to the atypical portrayals by the grown up actors.

The Men Who Stare At Goats (2009)

Regia: Grant Heslov
Scenariul: Peter Straughan (scenariu), Jon Ronson (carte)
Cu: George Clooney, Ewan McGregor, Jeff Bridges, Kevin Spacey, Stephen Lang, Robert Patrick
