Blink Twice (2024)

Two young women manage to sneak into a popular millionaire's party, which results in unexpected events.

'Blink Twice' is an unexpected thriller, primarily surprising by its welcome abundance of style without falling into the frequent mistake of style-over-content. Zoe Kravitz is a completely unexpected natural talent, the film being so well made that it easily shuts down anyone who could have any arguments against certain weaker elements of the plot/resolution. A pleasure to watch, despite the unpleasant elements it depicts.

Hit Man (2024)

A philosophy professor has an extra job helping the police entrap those wanting to hire assassins.

'Hit Man' is a romantic comedy disguised as a clever detective film with a character in search of his true self. The script is well written, the dialogue is very entertaining and satisfying and the characters very likeable.

Pacific Rim: Uprising (2018)

Aventurile generatiei ce a crescut cu robotii Jaeger la 10 ani dupa inchiderea portalului Kaiju.

Un SF de actiune foarte asemanator cu predecesorul, dar concentrat pe generatia urmatoare, cu asteptarile de rigoare, gen abilitati superioare in a controla tehnologia folosita. Poate un pic si mai ridicol, cu o intriga interesanta ce isi pastreaza logica aproape intacta, Pacific Rim: Uprising e un urmas destul de bun, cu actiune si divertisment in masuri decente.
