A talented chef tries to create her own name in a new, isolated location, which seems full of elements that sabotage her efforts.

'House of Spoils' is a melange film, interesting and surprising in its choices, disguised as a horror film, but it is actually about doubt versus sekf confidence, returning to nature and one's roots and freedom of mind. Simple and effective, it maintains the atmosphere through originality.

'House of Spoils' este un film melanj, interesant si surprinzator in alegeri, mascat ca un film de groaza, dar este de fapt despre indoiala versurs incredere, intoarcere la natura si radacini si libertatea mintii. Simplu si eficient, intretine atmosfera prin originalitate.

'Oddity' este un film preponderent horror ce imprumuta elemente ale genului de investigatii politiste. Minunat construit, cu o atmosfera bine intretinuta de un amestec bogat de sunete si efecte vizuale subtile.

'Oddity' is a predominantly horror film that borrows elements off of the police investigation genre. Beautifully constructed, with an atmosphere well maintained by a rich mix of efficacious sounds and well done subtle visual effects.
